The orders are sent through the post office, PAC or SEDEX, always with its Invoice and Certificate of Guarantee. The freight amount is calculated during the purchase and is paid by the customer. For Porto Alegre customers, shipping is not charged and is done in a personalized way. A responsible person is required to receive the order during business hours.

 

All the pieces are made by hand, one by one, by our designer. We ask for the deadline of up to 5 working days to post your request when the piece is ready for delivery and 15 to 21 business days when the piece is made to order.

 

Once posted, on average submissions can take up to 10 business days to arrive by PAC and 3 business days by SEDEX., in Brazil. Delivery times for orders outside Brazil vary.

 

You can follow the purchase steps through the registered email. Updates will be sent to your order as well as the tracking code for the post office.
